Substitution

By placing an order, you are authorizing Wardexpress.com to make substitutions allowed by stringent guidelines. Wardexpress.com will always attempt to fill the order as closely as possible; however, if the container, flowers, or other items that comprise the order are unavailable then the order will be substituted with content equal to the original value of the order.

If an order is filled and it is determined that inappropriate or unauthorized substitution has occurred, the filling florist will replace the arrangement at no additional cost. However, we reserve the right to substitute alternate color on roses; that is, should you place an order for a particular rose color and it becomes unavailable, we will substitute an alternate rose color without notification. The placement of your rose order implicitly authorizes us to change rose color as necessary, without contacting you. The missing element will be substituted with the next best option; care is always taken not to alter the look and feel of the composition

Wardexpress.com will gladly refund any purchases if the filling florist fails to provide a resolution to any problem that occurs during the preparation and/or delivery of the item.

Delivery

Materials on this website are directed for delivery only within Amman. We do not represent that any item referred to on this website is appropriate for use or available in locations outside Amman. If you choose to access this website from locations outside Amman area you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Orders will be delivered anytime between 10 am and 9 pm

A delivery delay might occur due to weather conditions, Traffic or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

In case the recipient is unavailable at the given address, the delivery driver will leave the product at the doorstep with a note.

Cancellation

Cancellation should be done at least 48 hours before the requested delivery date or be charged in full. Customer will be refunded to the same credit card used for purchase within 5 business days

 We regret that you may not cancel an order for (i) perishable goods once your order has been dispatched; or (ii) customized goods if as at the time you seek to cancel, the customization process has begun.

Refund Policy 

(Replacement due to non-satisfaction):If the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered due to un-fresh flowers or is dissatisfied with the quality, the customer who placed the order will be given 100% refund or replacement provided that customer writes an email to us (contact@wardexpress.com) about the reason of dissatisfaction along with the proof of poor quality/packaging /service within 2 days of delivery. Wardexpress.com will respond back as soon as possible.

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and they will arrange pickup. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
